Isidoros Arvanitis

Isidoros Arvanitis had a clear vision: to create an ouzo distinguished by its quality and to make Plomari known far beyond Lesvos.

With exceptional anise and carefully selected ingredients in ideal proportions, he created an ouzo with pure character and balanced flavour, deeply connected to Greek tradition.

In 1894, he began his search for the perfect recipe. He travelled, experimented and refined his craft countless times until he achieved the balance he was looking for in the secret recipe of Ouzo of Plomari.

His persistence paid off. Ouzo of Plomari Isidoros Arvanitis became beloved across Greece and soon gained international recognition.
