The 2025 limited edition continues a journey that began in 1894. Inspired by the Aegean and traditional wooden fishing boats, it pays tribute to the craftsmanship of wooden boat building and the rich maritime heritage of Plomari, transforming each bottle into a living piece of Greek history and seafaring tradition.

The 2024 limited edition Plomari celebrates 130 years of heritage with a special limited edition bottle. Released in white and light blue, the bottle is adorned with illustrations designed to evoke cherished memories shared with loved ones.

The 2023 limited edition draws inspiration from Greece’s maritime history and the language of sailors. Dedicated to Morse code, it features the name Ouzo of Plomari translated into signals once used to carry messages across the sea. A tribute to a language that connected people, places and moments, carrying messages across the Greek seas and beyond.

Inspired by the traditional wooden fishing boats found across Greek harbours, the 2022 limited edition captures their colours and distinctive lines on the bottle. A tribute to the sea, the life shaped around it, and a craft deeply rooted in Greek history and tradition.

Created to mark the 200th anniversary of the Greek Revolution, the 2021 limited edition draws inspiration from traditional Greek costumes. The white bottle and its signature red tassel connect heritage with the present day, keeping tradition alive through time.
